Welcome to our website! Ace Outfitters LLC is located in the great state of Texas. We offer trophy whitetail and just about any exotic hunt! The staff at Ace will welcome you in like family; Whether you’re a first time hunter or well seasoned, Ace is the place for you. We can accommodate just about anyone or any size group, we offer first class accommodations and meals with all of our hunts. We take extreme pride in making sure our clients harvest quality trophy animals and receive first class service.

JOSHUA LAGAS

Josh is from Southeast Texas, born and raised, and has had a passion for hunting his whole life. It was something he and his brothers had done together with their Papa since they were able to walk. He started guiding at the age of 16 and grew an even greater love for the sport. Straight out of high school, he went on to play college baseball while guiding part time. Later Josh, acquired his real estate license. Although he enjoyed what he did, nothing made him quite as happy as seeing the smiles on his client’s faces after they harvested their animals. Josh kept guiding part time while doing real estate and started selling hunts himself part time. Hunts were picking up, past clients were calling, and Josh quickly learned that this was more than just a hobby. He decided to put his real estate to the side and make this niche his full time business. This is how Ace Outfitters came to be, taking its name after Josh’s best bud and tracking dog, Ace. Josh put an abundance of hard work into the making of this; his work ethic and drive is quite incomparable. He strives to make certain that everyone receives a first-class, five-star experience with memories that will last a lifetime. He takes extreme pride in making sure clients harvest quality trophy animals. There has not been a client that has come that has not left as a friend. Ace Outfitters has grown beyond any of our wildest dreams and we are so grateful for every single hunter that chooses us to fulfill their needs.

CALEB UHEREK

Caleb’s passion for hunting started growing when he was very young sitting in the deer stand with his grandfather. Over the past 18 years it has been nothing but continuous growth for him. Caleb was 16 years old when he got the opportunity to start guiding white tail bow hunts, this is where his devotion for guiding all started. His knowledge for deer grew tremendously, simply from sitting in the stand everyday studying the deer. A few years down the road Caleb got the opportunity to start working for Ace Outfitters, which has been such a great experience for him. Caleb’s favorite part of guiding is watching a kids face light up when they finally harvest their first animal, nothing can compare to that. His favorite part about working at Ace Outfitters is the brotherly bond that we have grown together and all of the clients that have become family to us.

JAKE SCOTT

Jake is the newest member of the Ace team. He was raised in Pearland Texas with a passion for hunting. His favorite part of his job is sharing his love and passion for hunting with the younger generation.

ACE

To you he may look like just a dog, but Ace is a very valuable element of Ace Outfitters! He is a Bavarian Mountain Scent Hound that has done remarkable work in the deer tracking industry. Ace and Josh together have traveled to different states and even countries on the job and it is very evident how deep of a bond they have! He also enjoys back rubs and left overs!
